We saw several property listings on their window and a particular one got our attention. A friendly agent invited us in the office to show us the information on the property. We had just moved to Madeira and being foreigners, we had so many questions regarding a European real estate transaction. Obviously, making an informed decision in a foreign country is the most important part of buying a home, but having an excellent agent like Emanuel, who is properly trained, very knowledgeable, answering questions, helping with anything we needed, was a life saver. He went above and beyond to help us, and we will eternally be grateful that he helped us find our new home in Madeira. We will recommend Fraccao Exacta to everyone we know!
